CONSTRUCTION FEATURES

All ALMAC S.R.L. machines are designed and built according to the strictest international technical rules presently in force.

Our equipment are united by the following general structural features:

  • They are built in AISI 304 stainless steel and those machines destined to the contact with a high saline environment are built in AISI 316 stainless steel;
  • They are built with plastic materials suitable for the foodstuffs contact;
  • They are controlled by electrical panels in IP 65 cases and, in the most complex cases, they are equipped with PLC;
  • They are coated, where necessary, with non-sticking hot-polymerized Teflon Du Pont material;
  • They are built according to the current rules against accidents;
  • They are built according to the EEC rules and, for the American market, according to the 3-A Sanitary Standards;
  • They are supplied complete with use and maintenance handbooks.

To satisfy the requests of an extremely dynamic market and for transforming clients’ inputs into products/services able to meet their real needs, ALMAC S.R.L. Management, together with the consulting of skilled professional persons, developed a company managing system, recently certified by DNV ITALIA according to UNI EN ISO 9001-2008 international rules, passing from the actual Quality Assurance System to the Quality Managing System.

The target of operating on excellent levels is highlighted also by Company Design which, since several years, develops plants built according to 3-A SANITARY STANDARDS.
This aim pushed ALMAC S.R.L. to cooperate with highly skilled technicians.
