The FT 15 DT is a technically designed machine for the production
of pasta filata having a medium-high moisture content. For
the buffalo’s milk production has been designed a special
model, called FT 20 DT (see the picture), equipped with diving
arms of 800 mm of width, suitable for a more delicate processing
of the buffalo’s milk curd fiber.
