DESCRIPTION


The moulder mod. FPR 72 is a machine suitable to the production of pasta filata cheeses needing a pre-hardening phase.

It is suitable for the production of pizza cheeses having different sizes and shapes.

On the contrary, for hourly outputs higher than 1.500 kg/h, we propose the FPR 160 model.
