The discontinuous stretcher mod. FA 84/R, thanks to the operation
of two counter-rotating paddles, allows types of cheeses,
as the following ones, to be obtained: provolone, caciocavallo,
kasar, pizza cheese, etc. through the automatic overturning
of the processed pasta into the moulder hopper.
